Another Six Cent is a punk/hardcore band from Monchengladbach in Germany. Theyve been playing for around 4 years with about a years break in between as they searched for a new singer due to the original vocalist moving to Britain. Lead Singer Lars became a member of the band along with the original members: Drummer Andy, Bassist Peeth and Guitarist Horti. The group then began writing new material and rewriting some old songs to accommodate the new style Lars brought to the band and began playing a host of local shows. Another break from touring in early 2006 was taken to allow for the recording of their debut E.P The Pardeys Over. The Recording was self produced by the band and sound engineer Dave Krischke at Audio Surgery Studio. Since early October, the band have returned to the live circuit, bringing their energetic mix of punk, post-hardcore and other influences to the stage again.They have also had the song '8 Years' credited to the German independent film 'Fuer immer und ewig'. Having already received a variety of accolades in the press for their live performances, Another Six Cent continue their attempt to steamroll their way through the German punk scene.
