The song "Love You Still" was written when I was in ministry school. It is written from God's perspective to the prodigal son or daughter--someone who was once close to God but chose the things of the world over their relationship with Him. It is a reminder that God loves the prodigal right where they are and is waiting for them to return to Him.
"But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8
