A NEW VICE
A New Vice takes five different interpretations of the same influences, shovels them into a blender and comes out with something somewhat recognizable in color yet truly unique in taste. They each instinctively draw from the musical influence and energy of notable performers such as Foo Fighters, AFI, 30 Seconds to Mars, Muse and many others. The music is not written to fit into any genre, jump on any bandwagon or ride any coat tails. These songs could have been written 10 years ago or ten years from now.
The bands self-titled debut record has a slated street date of Feb. 2nd 2010. Produced and managed by Ron Welty (The Offspring), this Orange County five-piece draws crowds at famed L.A. venues, including The Viper Room, Knitting Factory, and the Sunset Strip's very own House of Blues.
The album is full of melodic, edgy, diverse and dynamic tunes and their live show is indescribable. You just have to experience it.
