An Empires Atrocity is a 6-Piece Melodic Metal band that hails from Orlando, Florida. Drawing on influences as currently popular and wide-ranging as Scandinavian metal and rock, and the New Wave of American Heavy Metal movement; to progressive metal and thrash, while incorporating elements of each member's individual tastes, and progressing without changing. The music is based around individual perspectives on the events of our lives, and the world in which we're all trudging away every day. Whether you want to be immersed in a sonically forged reality, or just thrash your brains out, we invite you to join us here in listening, and at shows in letting out what we're all feeling.
As the year 2007 is halfway through the Chapter, An Empires Atrocity has progressed in many ways that music has to offer. This year, the band hopes to unleash a new kind of sound that everyone in the metal scene can enjoy and listen to. With hopes that every show that the fans attend will experience a new kind of movement that is An Empires Atrocity.
