Quoted as "the next big thing" Anchondo is the band that has everybody talking. Known as Midwestern road dogs Anchondo it seems is on a perpetual tour playing several shows a week every week. Anchondo plays to anyone and everyone who appreciates their eclectic blend of latin/reggae/rock and ska. With their skilled musicianship and action packed high-energy live shows Anchondo is standing out and quickly emerging out of the Mid-Western circuit turning heads and gaining legions of fans everywhere they go. With their "do it yourself" attitude, Anchondo is also known as one of the hardest working unsigned bands in the Mid-west and their hard work is only matched by their dedication to their music and their fans.

Anchondo's mission has always been to be an established hard working, professional, high-energy musical group. The ball has been rolling fast for Anchondo since they started 5 years ago playing spots in the '03, '05, and 06 SXSW music festival and '03, '04, and 06 Ernie Ball stage on the Warped Tour. Recently Anchondo has added to their team producer Brian Garcia who is part of 18 million records sold as well as lawyer Ed Fair who represents many bands including Los Lonely Boys. In addition to Anchondo's resume they've also opened up for the likes of STYX, Lit, Slightly Stoopid, LongBeach Shortbus, Lucky Boys Confusion, Spearhead, Fishbone, Blue October and many more. In short Anchondo is the must see band for any and all fans of music.
