A combination of a progressive style of song writing, with the hard edge of alternative rock and an injection of intellectual jazz stylization provides a basic description of the experience that is Amleah. Some have tried to categorize them as a fusion of Incubus, My Chemical Romance and System of a Down. But that doesn't exactly fit the unique sound Amleah has Conjured.

Hey everyone! The CD is finally finished and ready to be sold. The CD, "The Firefly Design" will be available at shows or through one of us as of right now! It will be available on Amazon.com as of July 28th, and Napster and iTunes as of sometime in August. We are selling them for $8 American dollars. The CD consists of 8 songs which are as follows.

7. The Extension

8. Teargas And Baywatch

Three of our songs will be featured on the 2009 Warped Tour Compilation CD along with bands like "I Know The Struggle". They will be selling 2000 of them at Warped Tour. Make sure you pick one of those up!

In October we will be doing a small tour on our way to Boston where we will be playing the Boston Music Festival 2009. We are excited. We are also a candidate for "Land Shark Lager's Battle of the Bands" in Nashville, Tennessee. We would like if people voted for us to play. That would be kind of you. Amleah will be featured on several radio stations in the tri-state area over the next few months. A few college stations and a few major stations. We will keep you posted on where and when you can tune in!

Last but not least, we are having a special friend of ours redo our myspace layout for us. It should be looking pretty sassy in a few weeks from now.
