American Ruse is Rock n' Roll Band that formed in November of 2003 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A five piece that includes, Grant"thegeneral"Tatum & Ryan"thebadger"Schofield on guitars,Travis Harvey on drums,???? on bass guitar, and Regan Killackey on vocals.

This band has a wide variety of influences early punk like The Stooges,Ramones,MC5,N.Y. Dolls, and the Dead boys to classic rock like Thin Lizzy,Kiss,AC/DC also newer rock like Gluecifer,Supersuckers and The Hellacopters.

Mixing all these influences to create a straight ahead rock sound coupled with an energetic live show that includes opening for bands like Fu Manchu,The Riverboat Gamblers,Nebula,The Black Halos and the Dirtbombs amongst others.
