In early 2006 Ailyne was formed by Seth Titus and Adam Puckett. They wrote and recorded "The Masquerade" EP, with John Harrell from The Sound Barn Studios in Kinston NC. They released the EP in June 2008. In 2008 they won "The Next Big Thing" contest, such as Cartel, has won in the past! During the release of their EP they have the opportunity to play with acts such as, Cartel, Mercedes, PlayRadioPlay!, The Last Goodnight, Versa Emerge, Eye Alaska, Sullivan, Advent, Chariot, Philmont, and much more.

During Oct. 2008 they decided to take a break to write new music and record a new EP. During the break they changed line up adding Christian Hohn (vocals), Tyler Gibson (bass) and third guitarist Kevin Smith. Ailyne is back with more motivation and focus than ever before, don't wait to long or you'll miss everything that is going to happen! Ailyne is traveling in a different direction. Be on the lookout for big things from Ailyne in 2009!
