After the Downfall (AtD) quietly formed as Lead Vocalist/Guitarist-Colton Cilento and Drummer/Backup Vocalist-Jeff Bauer pieced together their first original "The Feeling" in Jeff's garage in Late July of 2006. Not knowing what was to come they decided to pick up two more musicians, Lead Guitarist-Jim Richardson and Bassist-Daniel Choynowski. They began practicing in Colton's unfinished basement once a week for a month or two until Dan's conflicting work schedule forced him to part ways with the band. At this time, Colton went on a search where he then found Jon Pascuzzi, an amazing guitarist who was eager to join a band. Colton handed him a bass and he was a natural. January of 2007 AtD had their first practice in the Pascuzzi music room. That is where it all began...

While each member draws inspiration from different influences, they all shares a common love for heavy music and it shows in their songs. AtD writes music to push themselves as musicians and songwriters but always keeps the listener in mind. Using catchy hooks and subject matter everyone can relate to, AtD keeps the audiences interest. With their six song demo completed in July of 2007, After the Downfall is now looking to book shows anywhere and everywhere. Please, come to a live show you won't be disappointed!
