Afternoon Records is an independent record label based out of Minneapolis, MN. The label was founded by Ian Anderson in 2003, the year of his graduation from high school to create a platform for his band Aneuretical and others. The label is known for its impressive roster of both accomplish Minnesotan acts and out of state rising talent. Afternoon Records has now become one of the flagship indie labels in Minneapolis, hosting much of the Twin Cities' prominent indie rock scene and beyond.

Afternoon Records distributes their records worldwide and have recently celebrated over 50 releases.
