aeroplane, 1929 is a band from southern New England whose members have spread centrifugally outward to the greater northeastern United States over the last six years. We slated our last record, 2010's Attic & Cellar, as our last (that is, final) record, but we can't be sure what the future will hold. Periodic live performances in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey are possible and probable, and we are always writing and recording in various configurations. Our divergent summer 2011 plans will not permit us to play the ambitious and elaborate breakup shows we feel we owe the people who have supported us for so long. Those final shows will likely happen next summer (2012), but the point is this: quiet as the grave though we may seem, we ain't dead yet.
