Old Bio. (updated June 2005)
There were visions for 5 kids out of Roseville. A 5-piece and formerly named Saving Tomorrow, the band changed their name to Adorah in late summer 2004 to give themselves a name not to be laughed at about. What's the secret to the name? Well why does Sum 41 or Blink 182 have theres? But who cares, you now know the band as Adorah and that's all that matters.
Though the band was serious to the quintet a year ago, the music however, was not. In November 2004, Adorah broke up due to personal matters amongst the band. Some moved on and formed their own bands for a while, others stayed put and never joined another band. But that was soon all put to a sudden hault on April Fool's Day when the band put all differences aside to see if they can really co-exist as a band and this was no joke. Since then, they haven't stopped making music and they are now thinking towards an even brighter future ahead for them. From heavy "chug chug" breakdowns, to poppy catchy choruses that get stuck in your head, the band makes solid music that everyone can enjoy.
This past May, Adorah made a surprise appearance at the venue that gave them the most exposure, the Roseville Theatre. In June they released 4 demo recordings off their album they are currently producing. The release of their demos put them on the top unsigned charts on purevolume for their genres for their first week of release. Ranging in around 200 to 400 plays a day. This band has been all about growing its fan base and making sure people remember that when they went to an Adorah show, that not only it provided an intense stage performance, but a rather comedic Blink 182-like mood for their fans.
Catch them at a show, you won't regret it.
