Adequate Seven are a punk-funk band with an 80's old school sound. Their reputation as one of the UK's premier live acts has become firmly established in the punk scene. They released their debut album Songs of Innocence and of Experience (Household Name Records) in March 2003 to critical acclaim and have built up a solid fanbase through their constant touring of the UK and continental Europe. Adequate Seven have been on the road with Hundred Reasons, Capdown, Suicide Machines and Fishbone and have opened up for the likes of Cypress Hill, Biffy Clyro, The Slackers, Funeral For a Friend and Anti-flag. They have recorded live sessions for the BBC Radio 1 Evening Session Wales and The Lock-Up. Their new unreleased material is already being hyped by DJ's in the UK.
