You can't compare Maryland's A December Away to any other band. You just can't. The unsurpassing melodies of A December Away began in August of the year 2004 in southern MD. The band was comprised of 4 friends from 4 different styles of music. The first time the band played their first set of songs together, they knew they had something special. With everyone having different writing styles of music and everyone being able to contribute, all of their songs are different yet cohesive enough to fit into an unforgetful sound. Recently we added a new member to the band, Shannon. He is our new bassist. With Brandons crazy drum beats, Patrick and Eric's melodic guitar riffs, Shannons bass lines, and Matt's screaming hot vocals they are soaring to new heights much faster than anyone had expected.
