Adam Ezra / Braddigan of Dispatch team up to “Kick AIDS” On April 19 The Adam Ezra Group and Braddigan of Dispatch team up at the Roxy in Boston to “Kick AIDS” with a concert to benefit Grassroots Soccer, an organization that provides African youth with the skills, knowledge and support to live HIV free.
