Aces Loaded is a rock n' roll powerhouse from the town of Lumsden, Sk. - 'bout 20 min outside Regina - With a background in blues, rock, metal, and other styles, Aces' four members come together to play hard-edged, thunderous underground ROCK! They've made a devoted and powerful fanbase in Lumsden, and they're buildin' one up in Regina. Their mission: Take over the world!

The Band has released an 3-track demo CD (an EP for those who know) which you can get your hands on by contacting any member of the band. Sorry, The nice looking ones with the flames and explosions are sold out. But we can charge you less for a not-so-fantastic-looking one. And they rock just as hard! Aces is currently in the works on a pre-debut crusade. The Cushion - as the album is to be called, will be a blend of many styles of music all coming to the central idea of hard, fast, fun rock metal, a caliber underrated almost as much as Paris Hilton is overrated. Almost.

Aces puts on an awesome live show, as anyone who attends will gladly tell you! New songs are introduced nightly, so you decide what tracks you like to hear most and keep the shows intresting. Some of the biggest crowd pleasers include "Ain't Got The Balls", "One", and "Wreck N' Roll."

This is the place to be and the band to go see.

Woow! Update!

Well, it's looking like good times, we're playing and D.J.'n strasbourgh's dance on nov.1, we've started recording and fixing the bugs, and I as of last night, wrote this kickin' bit of poetry. Aces Loaded style.

Off in the country side, so far away
There is a great band who'll make you all pay
They'll rock all the mountains and rock all the troughs
They'll rock all the hilltops and eight or nine cows
For they are the one's who've seen the bright light
They've heard Dio's call trough the darkest of night
You see even right now when you turn your head down
You'll find a small emo kid crying on the ground
And though you've become this sad thing that you are
You'll find your joy running that kid over in your car
And that's what this band's about, now don't you see?
They're here to rock them, to rock you, to rock me
And though this poem may have seemed pointless and crude
You now know the wrath of old rock is renewed!

Ok, this time, we're serious...

All right, i know we've been talking about this for over a year now. But this time, we finally have our viable solution to actually get THE CUSHION on the market for you guys. No more shittin' around, waiting for opportunity, we're gonna start recording again in the band room within the next couple of weeks, we PROMISE. And these tracks will be great quality, the finished ones, no more re-takes or re-mixes. this will be the cushion, and we're fairly confident that we can knock out a track, at least, every week. We have our respective spares at school to record in, so that will take much less time... besides, we nailed the guitar down for the demo fucking quick. This isn't some polished masterpiece album: The songs are dirty, gritty, gloriously unrefined, and they should be recorded so. The dirtiest, nastiest growling crunch distortion we can find, thats what you can look forward to. Not semi-twang, not bullshit overdrive hardcore CRAP. Fucking Hard Rock, man. Solid, wall of sound.
Secondly, we'd like to tell you that AS SOON AS THE CUSHION IS OUT, we're going to begin immediately on our sophomore album, JOKER. The songs are all done, this one is much more polished, stylish... although still awesomely vulgar, like you expect from us. It's gonna kick the chushions ass, we can all see it, they match up song for song. Balls is crushed by HAIL. Wreck n' Roll? DON'T WANNA FALL IN (LOVE). Look you up, one? The piano ballad, CHAINS. Its crushing force will make you shit yourself, no question.
So thank you for waiting patiently. You are about to be rewarded.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Ok, big news. Know how Godsmack's coming to Regina in August? Yeah? Heard of that? Well, they are looking around the city for an opening act. Naturally, we want in on that action. So here's what we do: send the Wolf a dvd of a live performance of us with at least 2 songs within the next 2 weeks. Easy? No. See, we dont have a good dvd at hand... which is why we're scrambling to put a show together as FAST AS WE CAN. Possibly next weekend... though I cant say for sure. If we tape the show, send it in, we're officially qualified into this little contest. License to Rock members will vote online and the top two entires are sent to the godsmack people to choose the winner. WE WANT TO BE THAT WINNER. So please, if anyone reading this happens to be a license to rock member, VOTE FOR ACES LOADED. and if you're not, then BECOME A LICENSE TO ROCK MEMBER AND VOTE FOR ACES LOADED. What up, rockinators?

Hey, man.
So this summer, we're thinking that we'll be gentlemen and allow you the privelege of having your freaking minds blown at an Aces Loaded show. It's only fair, I think. We've got some new, even more kickass material now (Seriously. It makes our older stuff look like dirt) and we're absolutely dying without the prospect of an upcoming show. So here's our thoughts: Strasbourg. We sold some demos out there, and I've been told that the strasbourg chicks think I have a sexy voice (Ahem. That's right.). So we'll see you out there.
