A Beautiful Apology started in the early months of 2005 with members Levi Woods, Garth Grubb, Brett Durnell, Mike Heatley and Jason Fetters. The band had their first show in the commons of their high school. They recorded their debut album in the garage of Tom Durnell. They sold 170 of their 200 copies the first night released. The band has recently parted ways with their former guitarist Jason Fetters, he was replaced by Brendan Gaylord, the bands manager. Brendan, Brett and Mike are sophomores, while Garth and Levi are Seniors.
