You I Am is an up and coming artist out of the underground hip hop scene in the southwest. His roots are based in hip-hop production which he began just a year ago. After sometime, his focus changed to concentrate on vocals and now, he has been rapping for about six months. Although his hometown isn't one of the most well known hip-hop scenes in the U.S., his soulful vibe, melodic verses, and intellectual mind-frame are slowly beginning to turn heads.
