Within Absence got together in early 2008 to create music. Each of the four individuals come from various musical tastes hoping to express themselves to anyone willing to give a listen. A young band that is willing to learn from the growing music scene in Singapore. Our basic lineup consists of Syed Hafiz (Bass/Vocals), Wei Xiang (Guitar/Vocals), Zul (Guitar) and Fashhan (Drums).
The songs written consists of emotional tunes ranging from their lyrics to ambient-like guitar riffs, bass lines and even technical drum beats, most importantly the music made is purely out of honesty and passion. They are here to simply express what they've come to be through the music made. They hope their music will make a difference to anyone willing to lend a listening ear.
