Congruence alternatively demands personal reflection and thoughtful deliberation. Produced from the Latin verb 'congruere' which suggests 'to meet' or 'to agree', congruence is the time your values and beliefs align with your thoughts and actions.

Our work environments are great types of consistent, yet not necessarily congruent, behavior. Once you find your heart and mind pulled in different directions, or once your actions belie your thoughts, your body actually starts to suffer the consequences of incongruence. Stress, inner turmoil and disease thrive when congruence is threatened.

To attain your objectives, to move your lifetime in the positive direction, and also to reach personal satisfaction, your ideas, feelings, values, and actions ought to be unified.
