New Demo Posted!! 8/18/09
Hey everyone we just finished recording a new demo called "I'd Rather Be Awesome, Rogers" and have posted up here for your listening enjoyment, hope you like it!

Update 9/23/09
So summer ended, we all went back to college, and we are in different parts of the state. However we haven't given up on working on songs, in fact we have one in the works as we speak and hopefully we will get it recorded in the coming weeks. Still no luck with the singer search...but we have high hopes. Someone is bound to show up who can sing. Anyways, we hope you enjoy our music, and if all goes well we will hopefully have more songs with some actual lyrics and singing and all that stuff that people love!


Dave, Nick, and Matt began playing together in March of 2007, originally doing covers of bands such as The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Rage Against the Machine. In May of 09, they got together and began to write music. After writing a few songs, they decided to make it official, took the name "The Narrow Door" and began their search for a singer. The Narrow Door hopes to bring a fresh outlook on rock music and break away from the dull drone of the radio. The band is currently hoping to find a singer that matches styles well. For the time being, the band is busy tearing up the Cary underground instrumental metal scene.
