I Doctor Funk Lloydd started out dancing before I got into making music. I'm one of the Co founding members of the Fantastic Poppers and Fantastic Lockers dance crew from Toronto Canada I've been Popping & Locking for over 20 years. My passion for music began back in the 80's. From the first track that I heard by James Brown (Get up off that thing), blew my mind. And that was what opened the doors to the world of dance and music among other great tracks from the 80'S.

The thing that inspires me the most, I would have to say is the way music can change someone's life. Music is one language everyone can understand, and that unites people from all backgrounds. This is what keeps my motivation going. And my creativity to do song writing, and create music with my band.

Late in 2010, I formed a group called "The House of Virtue". Our music, contains elements of, funk & hip-hop. It's a new style that I want to put out there. Something different that hopefully everyone will enjoy. This sound is so unique, that I'm confident it will have ya'll moving! It's called: FUNK HOP MUSIC.
