Hi everyone,
Hopefully you have had your questions answered as to why the name change. Last night we played Taste of Chaos in Chicago, our first show as The Holiday. It was needless to say spectacular. We shared the stage with Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu and Bullet for My Valentine! The shows was loads of fun and we had a great time. It also didn’t hurt that we played for 2500 people.
Warped tour is quickly approaching and we are in the same kind of competition to play in Indianapolis. We need all of you to vote for us to perform. You did it once for TOC and you can do it again for WT. Just click the banner on our page and it will take you straight there. You have to register a new account in order to vote, and don’t forget that you can do it every day.
Thanks everyone and hope you enjoy the new stuff
Don’t forget to come to our CD release show on April 19th. Pre-sale tickets are available

'The Holiday'…many of you ask why 'The Holiday', why now? Why the change? 'The Holiday', formerly Red Letter Reason is made of guys who understand that the only thing in life consistent is change. Change hurts, change costs, but change makes us better individuals and a better band. With much concern and thought, Derrick, Ben, and Josh felt like now was the time for a new start. Red Letter Reason was 2 years strong, but after a member change, and advice from their management they decided that they needed a shorter name. A name that people would have no trouble remembering. A name that would look great and fit the genre of music the guys were writing. This band not only has a new name, but has brand new songs, new merchandise, a new bass player, new management, and a new recorded EP that is sure to find you in a stand still the moment you start listening. 2008 has much in store for 'The Holiday' and after the release of their EP on April 19th, you will then understand why the change. Don't get scared by the changes, they are the same nice guys they have always been, it's just time for them to go to the next level. Although they might not know exactly where that level is, they know the path that will take them there. This is only the beginning of 'The Holiday'. Please come support 'The Holiday' at their CD release show on April 19th at The Gear in Franklin, IN. You will not be disappointed!!
