Biography

Founded early in Senior Year of High-school by Hamilton Goff, The Always has taken much needed time for development. Created on the idea of a simple folk rock band, Hamilton went on to work on catchy, acoustic driven rock songs in the first release, The Always EP, and to eventually release the EP with another set of songs entitled The Always LP. The Two albums together attracted much attention on the web via the music social media site, purevolume, netting 5,000+ downloads from the album in the first two months of the Always LP's release. Despite the rapid growth of the project, upon entering college at Florida State University, Hamilton took a indefinite hiatus and spent the next 11 months experimenting with different sounds and music. Around July of 2012, while Hamilton was at work, he met current Drummer Colin Bowyer, and planned to play some tunes together - and hit it off quiet well, working diligently to better their sound, Colin and Hamilton met mutually at the self-invented-genre, Folk Fusion. Currently the two are working on more tunes, and plan for a release before 2013.
