STRANGER LAZY

Indie / Rock / Pop

"I will eat you all for breakfast," explains singer Rob Freeman, as Stranger Lazy tracks another song at Big Secret Underground.
Establishing themselves as a band in 2002, Stranger Lazy took to the recording studio and never looked back. Four years and somewhere between four or six independently released albums later (depends on who you ask), the band is still going strong, recording and producing their own brand of rock and roll. Their latest release, The Cox Sintrific ('05) continues in that tradition. Catchy, nasty, fun, overblown, underdeveloped, interesting, whatever.

Behind the scenes is a four piece band from Indiana that looks to music for inspiration and inventiveness. Surely, that's exactly what you wanted to hear... Nuts and bolts aside, the message is clear: Radio can be saved, but who would want that responsibility?

"You matter to me... like dark matter to the Galaxy," he explains again.
