Residing in Nottingham, UK, Solution Against is made up of five members Tom Mcandrew - Drums, James Wright - Vocals, Robbie Tooth - Guitar, Joe Shaw - Bass and Gabriel Knott-Fayle - Guitar, who all have been alive for 17 or 18 years. All members are dedicated to creating an exciting blend of Melodic/ Pop-punk/ Hardcore, influenced largely by the 90's Californian punk movement, as well as taking inspiration from more modern and progressive punk bands.

Solution Against aspire to create music that slots into the Pop-Punk/ Melodic/ Hardcore scene and appeals to fans of this music but without creating generic songs. They are devoted to creating songs from and to inspire passion, and attain and retain the drive for this in the knowledge that there is thousands of kids and teenagers around the world who have the raw passion and desire in them to create and be part of the energetic progression of melodic punk.

Debut EP, The Thing About Life Is..., currently in production, will be uploaded hopefully around mid to late January. In the mean time a couple of tracks will be up ASAP to give you an idea of the sound. Please comment, criticize or praise, all feedback would be helpful and cherished by us all :)
