SHOT AT DAWN
These six guys from cold Norway, where its survival of the fittest, have proved their right to play With the big boys. Their music is described by the press as "blackened melo-deathcore", and with the bands "take no prisoners"-attitude, energic musical style and live-performance they have captured their audience, and there's no way back.
Starting out as Misery Conduct they started their early trials with line-up changers and finding their musical stride. As soon as they started finding their sound and settle down they went on to win Club Maiden's DeathMatch (a battle of the bands where the audience vote for their favorite), giving them a prize consisting of free studio time to record their debut album "Sic Vic Pacum Para Bellum", an album that has recieved extremely good reviews:

With a debut full-length on their belt, they released a EP in the fall of 08 titled "Pre Bellum", containing re-recordings of the songs In Hoc Signes Vinces and The Broken, both presented on their debut album, a heavy hitting cover-versjon of Cash's Ring Of Fire and a nice little intro-piece pleasing all fans of Evil Dead.
