SYA (Say Yes Again),was founded in 2006 by Shinu & Mortix. They are not dj's,they are producers, sound engineers, music makers, beat builders, instruments players, emotion creators...musicians!...and the thing they love most it's to see people going crazy with their music!
With a Nu Metal,Hip hop,Techno and Electronic backgrounds, these two guys from portugal try to use all their influences into one and create their own sound!...Well, let's just say that the results are AWESOME!
In 2007 they've produced their first album with 18 originals and all with Portuguese lyrics. The album was never released, but to these guys this was a great opportunity to find out how the music industry really works.
Since that time they have been producing great and powerful tracks/remixes to the dance floor, and they have played in big parties with great international artists such as STEREO HEROES, LES PETITS PILOUS, GIGI BAROCCO, BELZEBASS etc...
In 2010 these 2 music lovers made a remix of "Toboggan" from the band MAU, the track was released on their remixed album - "Backseat Love Sounds Remixed" on itunes. This remix was also choose by Electronic Arts to be the official soundtrack of the publicity spot of the game "The Sims 3",on French Tv.
Now it's 2011 and SYA have great things coming...They've just released their first EP called "Destroy" by the label Ventuno Recordings (Turkey),and it's out now on Beatport!!
The second EP it's called "All In" and it's free, and the third EP was released by Touche Records (Holland/Australia),it contains 2 originals and 6 remixes...So stay tuned to this project!Thank's for all your support!!
