Kristen McPike, born in Sacramento, California was a shy, socially awkward, independent girl growing up. She moved to the huge metropolitan town of Topton, PA when she was seven where her life included getting stuck behind amish and driving a half hour plus to anything fun or productive.
Music has always been a passion of hers and it finally became apparent a few years ago when she picked up an electric guitar. She had been playing keyboard for most of her life but it took the strum of a guitar to really ignite her flame for music. Ever since she has been writing/producing/singing all of her own music. Everything you hear was single handlely created by herself. She played each instrument and recorded them using Logic... Except drums those were made using drum beats from Logic triggered by a keyboard.
She currently is working seven days a week to support her music habit. As of March 2011 she will be attending Musicians Institute in Hollywood, California for Vocals and Audio Engineering. She hopes to one day make a living doing what she loves best: Making Music.
