Hey all! My name is Luke, I am a new independent artist and I am posting my music, recorded by the awesome Geoff Tarka (from First Day Back), in hopes to get some feedback. ;-)

I have been singing and performing my whole life and just started playing guitar almost two years ago... I love music, and I am so thankful that God has given me an opportunity to share it with you.

Music writing for me comes when it comes. It's a nagging feeling or a tearing emotion. It's like an unstoppable force, and when it hits me I drown in it. I usually can't write the musical parts of things out quickly, it comes to me in tid-bits. Lyrics come to me all at once; however, I fool with the arrangements of them like a madman. I want my music to touch people and change them. I want my music to be that escape, that chain you can hold on to when you feel lost, but most of all, I want it to be specific to the listener.
