Yes, it is a fact. If you have an imbalance in your daily diet, which might be what is triggering these red bumps to look onto the skin repeatedly. Keratosis pilaris is an untreatable skin ailment characterized by small, red bumps which can be filled with a white substance. This skin disorder is not being wrongly identified as acne in the slightest, but high of it must do with the foods that you simply eat.

Are you concerned with redness of the skin? Are you considering it any allergy? If yes, then you've got to refer to the dermatologist immediately since it might be keratosis pilaris or chicken skin that is causing your skin layer the redness, roughness and bumps. Most commonly, this complaint remains undiagnosed, because people don't put much attention towards it and ponder over it as some allergy, a bad response to medication or perhaps acne. But actually it really is chicken skin, which makes your skin rough with red patches and bumps about it. This disease is quite common and it mostly affects children, but it also affects young adults predominantly, females.

There are three kinds of this condition of the skin: Keratosis Pilaris Alba, Keratosis Pilaris Rubra and Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faceii. The first is seen as an dry, coarse skin with bumps which are gray or white in color. This form of KP, even though it might seem painful, will not indicate the skin is irritated. On the other hand, second is seen as red lesions or red swollen bumps. This is often visible in larger areas of the skin and often mistaken as acne. The third type is comparable to Keratosis Pilaris Rubra but on the face. This one may be the least common. This is seen as an red rashes usually based in the cheek area.

The red bumps on your arms occur when your skin is building up too much of a protein called keratin with your skin. This keratin is clogging your pores which may cause the red, raised bumps and perhaps an ingrown hair. Popping the bumps will get rid of the clogged keratin, nonetheless it will not help in anyway and definately will just cause a potential scar.

Everything I said above, helps your body cleanse, gives the body and our cells the power to do its necessary activity in protecting different parts. Helping it by giving it the food, nutrients and minerals it requires make our cells function wisely. I did this for 2 weeks along with the things I noticed was incredible (the same as when I first alkalized):
