The Midnight Ramblers (Ramblers) is an award-winning all-male contemporary a cappella group based at the University of Rochester. Since their creation in 1998 they have been entirely student organized and directed. They are also made up exclusively of members of the Rochester undergraduate community. In April 2008, they celebrated their tenth anniversary, with nearly every alumnus of the group in attendance. Following the show, they became the first, and to-date only, undergraduate organization to sponsor a scholarship for incoming students at the university. The following year, they recorded with artist Ben Folds, and their track entitled Army was featured on his album, Ben Folds Presents: University A Cappella!. They also spent their spring break in New Orleans, singing for schools affected by Hurricane Katrina and other natural disasters of the past few years, and helping rebuild a home severely damaged by the hurricane.

The 11-member group currently consists of tenor 1s Roger Hillson, Andrew Polec, and Jared Suresky; Tenor 2s Matt Myers, Noah Berg, and Chris Aguilar; Baritones Paul Alperin and Nick Hamlin; and Basses Mark Sobel and Alex Perry. Each member of the group brings his own talents to the table, soloing in front, blending with the group, and helping to remember what the Ramblers are all about.

Performing original arrangements of dozens of songs, such as Shake It by Metro Station, Question by System of a Down, I Write Sins, Not Tragedies by Panic at the Disco, Disturbia by Rihanna, and Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen, they provide a brand new take on contemporary popular music. Combined with choreography and active performance, the Ramblers show their ability to please audiences on and off campus.
