Mechanical Kids is a pop band based out of Southeastern Wisconsin. Starting with just some demos on Myspace and Purevolume, the band quickly gained the public's attention after being featured in AP Magazine as one of the 2010 Top 10 AP Hometown Heroes. In late January 2010, MK also released their first digital EP (available on Itunes) featuring "Lemme Get It", "Wake Up!", and "Touch". The band was featured as an up and coming artist in Issue #102 of Amp Magazine.

Mechanical Kids, as of August 2010, is signed with Universal/Motown Records. The band is currently working on a full length album which is scheduled to be released sometime around early-spring 2011.
