Lula-May is an indie band with some influences from pop, acoustic, pop-punk, and folk. Every song is a little different than the last. We don't try to follow any specific genre. We write and play, and the result is Lula-May Music.
It all started back in April 2010. We were bored one rainy day and just started messing around with our instruments. After a few days of jamming, Paper Hearts was born, and so was Lula-May.
The excitement of songwriting was discovered and we couldn't get enough. Queen, Assasin's Rush, Tye-Dye Tango, Dust, Everything to Me(a love song), Gone with the Wind, Phoebe, and Eden were cultivated in following year and we are currently working on recordings so we can release an album.
Lula-May is just getting started. It is a culmination of the love we have for eachother and the passion we have for music. More songs are in the workshop getting tweaked, and we are also working on an animated music video for Queen.
Everything you see or hear from the videos, recordings and graphic art is all done by us at our home. We live, breathe and create Lula-May, everyday.
