Members: Five (vocals), Mr. Jegles (guitar), TFG (drums), Jase (bass)
In late May of 2010, Five (vocals), Mr. Jegles (guitar), Cal (bass), and TFG (drums) came together to form Last Standing Mafia. They came from a small town of 1500 residents. The guys declared themselves the "super-group" of central Illinois. Shortly after their beginnings, the band had a full 10-song set list full of original material.
At their first show, they received an encore. Only two weeks later the Mafia was kicked out of "Don's Hideaway"; in the middle of their set. They were deemed "too heavy" for the local scene. At that moment, Last Standing Mafia disappeared.
After over a year of silence, the Mafia made their return. In April 2012, "Cinco De Mafia" was announced. Formerly "Cinco De Mayo", May 5th marked the introduction of Jase (bass). The event revealed that Last Standing Mafia is only getting heavier and louder as time goes by.
