My name is Kristy Nix and I'm a pop/rock solo artist from Dallas, Texas. My first EP, Rising will be out on February 1, 2011.
I hate people who write 3rd person bios, so I'm not going to do that. I've been a musician most of my life, but my roots are actually in classical music, not rock. I was an avid orchestra student for most of my life before I picked up my a guitar and started writing my own music. My songs are about love, heartbreak, hope, angst, and everything in between.
