King's Last Shot is a band of individuals musically and in lifestyle that come together to create a unified sound with a common purpose, reaching the lost for Christ. Their hard rock and progressive sound is a change from their friends and peers in the Florence music scene in South Carolina and has contributed to their unique fan base. The band was formed in December 2009 with former lead vocalist Blake Gibbons who contributed until September of 2010. Blake's stage performance and raw vocal style were a tough combination to match but Madison Williams was chosen to take up the challenge later in 2010. Madison, also a South Carolina native, was a change for the band. "Comparing Blake to Madi is like comparing apples to oranges. They are both fruit but very different in flavor." says guitarist Stephen Crowley. Madison's smooth vocal delivery and near perfect pitch are pitted against a rawness that few female vocalists have been able to master. The band continues to produce albums, tour, and spread the love of Christ to venues all throughout the southeast and beyond. Their mission is to apply Christ to a hurting an dying world of people who need it as long as they can and as loud as they can!
