Members: Jake Tavill

Jake Tavill is a 16 year-old singer, songwriter, musician, and performer. He is both a keyboardist/pianist and a vocalist. Jake plays in many genres, including singer/songwriter, rock, acoustic, and blues. His training includes 7 years of private vocal lessons with vocal coach Stacy Smith and 7 years of private instrumental lessons from Gregg Zubowicz, owner and instructor at the Village East Conservatory and the Old Bridge Music Center. Jake has also attended the Berklee College of Music’s prestigious Five-Week Summer Program with the concentration as a vocalist.
He performs as a soloist and often as a duo with skilled guitarist and engineer Matt Callahan at such venues as the renowned Stone Pony and the Wonder Bar, along with a myriad of other venues and events. Recently, Jake was nominated for 3 JAM Awards, including one for his original song “I Ain’t Me”. Jake draws his musical inspiration from his experiences, events he has witnessed, and a philosophical outlook on life.
