Gastello was founded in 1999 in Smolensk. In 2001 was recoded demo-album Kletka, which have been local broadcasted. Since 2006 the members of band are living in Moscow. Under its belt, there are many gigs playing at club in Moscow, Smolensk, Hagen, Dortmund, Köln, joint concerts with Tracktor Bowling (RF), Jane Air(RF), 5diez(RF), Biopsyhoz(RF), warming-up ASKARIS (France), COCACOROLA(Sweden), ANTIKORPER(Germany), DURSTIG (Germany) etc. Gastello participated in the International Project BAND WATCH in Germany in 2003. The first official band album INDI VID was released on record-label Trust Records in limited number of 1000 copies in 2006. Gastello participated in international festival Tilzit’s Disturbance 8 as head-liner, in September’2007 Gastello was representative of record-label SoundAge on International Alternative Music Forum - COLISIUM which be held in St. Petersburg in September’2007. Now is preparing re-edition of INDIVID on record label SoundAge, which included 1 new song, 2 remakes end 2 music-videos on the song EMBRION and song 667.
