If you haven't yet heard, Fireworks are everywhere. At least they plan to be. Breaking into a scene riddled with gimmicks and cheesy
one-liners, the five members of Fireworks have nothing but excitement for their future.
Beginning as Bears, a side project for Kyle O'neil, Dave Mackinder, and Chris Mojan, the band took a more serious note in late 2004 with the acquisition of Tymm Rengers on drums. After recording a handful of demo songs, the band realized Dave's potential on vocals and he decided to take the challenge. A childhood friend of the band, Brett Jones, was recruited to fill Dave's shoes in guitar and the lineup was complete. After those initial demos and sharing the stage with top notch local and touring bands in and out of Michigan, fan and owner of Run For Cover Records, Jeff Casazza, showed interest in the band. With his help, Fireworks decided to go all in and spend a week at Nada Recording Studio in New York. 2006 will see the result as a debut 6 song EP titled We Are Everywhere.
Whether blasting through your speakers, stuck in your head, or on stage in your hometown, Fireworks plan on being everywhere.
