Initially, our band is under the auspices of the school on behalf of the extracurricular. On certain occasions in the school event, we are often asked to fill in the event. With permission from school pocketed, we on behalf of the extracurricular band agreed to make a special album for the citizens of the internal school. But after the project began running half of, it turns out the school suddenly declare our rejection of the musical flow. We also felt disappointed over the decision of the school, so we are determined to keep going without a school. On July 24, 2009 stood ANNIHILATORS, we felt it was very compatible with this name and we feel this name for our band to bring good luck for the future. But because there is a problem when we brought in the name of ANNIHILATORS so in January 2010, exactly on 12 we changed the name to DISTRUGGERE derived from italy language which means "kill". We hope with this name change to bring blessings to DISTRUGGERE and metal music scene in Indonesia.
