Hey, We're Decimate The Tyrant. We formed back in 2007 as The Eighth Plague playing Alt Rock/Modern Punk until we disbanded about 7 months later. The lineup featured: Nick Dailey - Guitar/Vox, Wayne Ruckman - Bass/Vox, Derek Faircloth - Guitar, and Trevor Haines - Drums/Vox. After another 6 months or so, the band reformed as Decimate The Tyrant with Wayne moving to vox, and Jacob Alderman Joining us as our bassist. After a few months, Derek left DTT, leaving only Nick on guitar. And a few months following that, Jacob had to leave due to personal reasons, leaving the three piece band without a bass.
Shannon O' Davy joined us as our second guitarist. After Mickey Gray playing with us as our bassist for about a month, he left in search of something different. For quite a few months, we continued without a bassist once again until Jacob returned and completed our lineup. After a while, he left again though and we recruited ex Disaster On Impulse frontman, Richard Flowers to slap the bass.
The music we have on this page is just a taste of what we've written. We've been writing heavier, more complex songs that will be on our album that we hope to finish in the next year.
