Politically charged, socially aware...the music of Call For Arms cuts deep into American culture and exists as an account of the times which surrounded their birth in 2001. The stories of this period, unfortunately, ring as true today as they did then. Despite the intricate lyrics of Call For Arms, their message is simple, as described in their first EP: "UNITY.KNOWLEDGE.PEASE". Call For Arms would go on to release several now hard to find EPs along with some live work. They would play with the likes of Taking Back Sunday, Avenged Sevenfold, and The Lawrence Arms.

Call For Arms has featured members of Blood and Bayonets, Breaker Breaker One Niner, For.The.Win., Minor Talent, No Value..., The Revents, Run Barbara Run, Save Amos, The UnderClassMen, the Underhills, WARDOGS, and Worth Every Scar. Along with successful bands, CFA's members continue to support local, independent artists through such vehicles as Another Zeke Productstions and Solidarity Recordings. Both of these entities support and nurture the bands and artists of the next generation of music.
