In the year 2006, Michal Novak met his friend Martin Krizik browsing in a local music store. They hit it off and decided to see if they could do something unique with their common musical interests. Within two years they found a couple of other musicians happy to take part in their musical experiments. Finaly in 2009 they met Tomas Palonder and they became the Bruno Benetton Free Band.

They released song "Youre my mate" in 2010. This single song is also released on the T-Mobile contest CD compilation.

In January 2011 they released the debut CD "The Phenomenons of Pop" on the BBFB Music and CCL label.
