With the spirit of friendship, five youths united under the so called Berdiri Sendiri band. Officially formed on August 17 2007, this band carries the positive value of lives. Refused to be labeled as a straight edge band, four out of five members worship the spirit of being straight edge. BS a moniker for the band is influenced by the 80-90s US hardcore bands and Indonesian hardcore bands. Consisting of five men, this band respects the family value. The personnel said... Be true to your scene and keep your heads up as a hardcore kid!!

Dengan semangat persahabatan, lima remaja berkomitmen untuk membentuk sebuah band yang diberi nama Berdiri Sendiri. Terbentuk pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2007, band ini membawa pesan untuk hidup positif. Menolak dilabeli sebagai band Straight Edge, empat dari lima personil band ini menganut paham Straight Edge. BS, band ini biasa disebut, terinsipirasi dari band-band hardcore Amerika awal 80-90an dan juga band harcore Indonesia. Terdiri dari lima personil laki-laki, band ini sangat menjunjung tinggi arti kata sebuah KEKELUARGAAN. Para personilnya selalu menyuarakan... Jangan lupakan dari mana asal mu dan tetap bangga menjadi HC kid!!
