Aletheia is a post-hardcore band out of Kittery, Maine. Formed in February 2008, out of the ashes of the bands To One Departed, and Hand Grenade Heroics. They decided that if they were gonna do this again, it had to be for real. Armed with a new musical direction and approach, the end result is music that balances both breakdowns and melody. The energy, drive, and tightness of the band can especially be seen in their live show, where no matter the situation, they go out guns blazing
