Echoing between the muddy banks of the Ohio River and the picturesque mountains of West Virginia sits the small, musically rich town of Marietta, OH. Although relatively new to the scene, “Accuse First” continues to gain fans, friends, accolades, and a buzz around the Mid-Ohio-Valley Music Scene for their powerful collection of original rock. Parental guidance is suggested!

Our band members are made up from the following five friends: Harold "Mojo Reno" Yoho, Bobby Bravo, Matt "DZahstah" Foster , Kevin Diehl (AKA: "Dusty Beaver"), and James "Optimus" Perrine. We continue to work on our highly anticipated first album, which is scheduled for release later this year (2012).

We are known for being an in-your-face, no holds barred, rock band with engaging hooks, masterfully progressive leads, powerful lyrical content, and pulsating rhythms - devising each composition as it's own “living, breathing organism”. We are committed to take our original music to the next level, whatever that level may be. Although (as a 5-Piece Band) we are in our infancy, we have already played with national touring acts such as Shallow Side and Hawthorne Heights.

“Accuse First” limits the number of shows performed locally. By doing this, we believe two purposes are served: (1) The band is open for travel with flexible scheduling and (2) profits are boosted to the local venues because when we do play - as many of our fans put it - "it's a big deal". We bring our own crowd of friends, family, and loyal fans. We like to party, our fans are friendly, good hometown folks, and most of all, you can expect to sell plenty of spirits! "You can't be it if you don't live it".
