99confessions were a pop-rock four-piece from Glasgow. After gigging successfully throughout the Glasgow area in 2005, they produced a demo , 'Constellations'.

A mixture of pop sensibilities and rocking riffs, their music was hard to pin down, from the haunting angst-pop of 'Very Own Alone' to the angry, punky 'Apocalypse' and uplifitng summer-sound of 'True'. Their lyrics, written by all four members of the band, always had something to say.

99confessions were Mick on lead guitar (lead vocals on 'Repeat' and 'My Secret Confidantes'), Michaella on bass (lead vocals on 'True'), Karyn on drums and Alan on vocals.

After Alan left the band in March 2006 to pursue a writing career, the band continued as a three-piece for a short while before finally splitting.

Karyn and Micahella are currently on the lookout for new bandmates for a brand new project and Mick has completed work on a solo album, 'Nightlights'. You can hear his new work at www.myspace.com/anightlight.

Alan is putting together a radio play for distribution on itunes with music from Mick and would like to return to music himself later in the year.
