5th PROJEKT is an unsigned independent ensemble from Toronto, Canada whose sound is best described as cinematic rock. Somewhere between Porcupine Tree and Fleetwood Mac, or "One great kaleidoscopic orgy of sound." (Neal Moogk-Soulis, Imprint) 5th PROJEKT is something you would like if you're into Radiohead, Portishead or Pink Floyd.

The ensemble is currently working on a follow up to CiRCADiAN.

CiRCADiAN is 5th PROJEKT's debut album. It was recorded with James Heidebrecht at Chemical Sound in Toronto. The album was mixed by former Failure frontman Ken Andrews at Red Swan in Los Angeles and mastered by Juno nominee João Carvalho at João Carvalho Mastering in Toronto. The song Resistance is featured on HOPE Volume One, a compilation CD with proceeds benefiting Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE). 5th PROJEKT was commissioned to write 2 songs for the Canadian independent film, Good People, Bad Things; winner Best International Film "suspense" NY International Film and Video Festival 2008.
