What if Dean Martin got hypnotized into thinking he was the Dalai Lama, sat in with John Mayer's band while trying to sing like Sting? Why, that would sound like 3 feet up! They refer to their musical style as "acoustic pop/lounge enlightenment". Basically, 3 feet up is a 2 piece band with guitar, vocal, no bass player needed and a female drummer who stands up to play.
